While I may slant a little to neopaganism / new age / eastern philosophies, I am not a “Witch” per se. The only witchery I do is in my cooking, in my kitchen — that is I pray every time I stir the pot that my kid(s) will eat it and it falls within my points for the day or my diet goals for the week.
I love, love, love to cook. Whether it be trying a new recipe, tweaking one that I found or creating something entirely new from scratch - my goal is simple: magically create a week’s worth of recipes, every week, that I can tweak for my dieting self while being nutritious and tasty enough for my entire family.
I currently do vinyasa yoga twice a week and run three times a week. I also try to follow Weight Watchers and I am trying to lose weight. You’ll often find nutritional info and Weight Watchers points listed in my recipes. However, my recipes are neither endorsed by WW or actual WW recipes. I provide this information merely for your knowledge (and my own) using the LoseIt iPhone app and the Weight Watchers iPhone app. I hope you enjoy!
